CVCSF Annual Meeting - Wed. 11/18
The annual meeting of the ConVal Community Scholarship Foundation, a Dollars for Scholars Chapter Affiliate of Scholarship America (“Foundation”), will be held on Wednesday, November 18. 2009, at 4:30 at Reynolds Hall, All Saints Church, 51 Concord Street, Peterborough, NH.
The purpose of the meeting shall be to conduct Foundation business and to consider any other business that may be appropriate with regards to this Foundation.
Members of the Foundation and residents of those towns served by ConVal School District are welcome to attend the meeting, although only persons who are duly executed Directors of the Foundation shall be entitled to be heard or to vote on any matter brought before the meeting. A reception will follow the Foundation’s Annual Meeting.
